The Story
The Table Bianchi was founded with a simple idea: hospitality should go beyond catering.
The name reflects the heritage of Chef Guilherme "Gui" Bianchi, whose family roots come from Northern Italy, a place where food, family and the table are deeply connected.
Chef Gui grew up surrounded by the traditions of Italian cooking, where meals are about bringing people together and creating memorable moments.
Over the years, he built his career working in catering, private dining and corporate events, gaining experience in different countries before establishing The Table Bianchi in London.
His approach is simple: great food, carefully prepared, served with professionalism and attention to every detail.
This philosophy is at the heart of The Table Bianchi.
